Storm Clouds for Another Obama Pick

Will any honest Democrat appointed to Obama's Administration please stand up?

Yesterday morning, Obama's Chief Information Officer (CIO) got his former offices raided in Washington D.C. (See Full Story).

While Obama's CIO pick, Vivek Kundra, isn't, at this juncture, said to be implicated in anything, it is just another example of the many dark clouds that have covered Obama's selection process. The raid was supposedly conducted in conjunction with a corruption investigation. Vivek Kundra was the operating head of the office that was raided.

One of two things can be gleaned from this: (1) Vivek was somehow involved in the corruption; or, (2) There was illegal activity that was occurring; right under his nose. Either way, this taints the quality of the person that Obama wanted to run all the Information Technology operations for his White House?

I guess to keep things quieted down, Kundra is now on an administrative leave until the Justice Department can get the thing straightened out (See Full Story). I'm sure he's real effective at his job while sitting at home!
